We offer a One Year Warranty that is unrivaled by our big name competitors. In addition to our superior cleaning process, we are distinguished from our competition by our exceptional staff. Rugs by Suggs does not use subcontractors. We require all employees to go through a rigorous background check and probationary period. During this probationary period all technicians must acquire a certification from the IICRC. Our pricing philosophy is simple. We use a Flat Rate Pricing Structure so what you see is what you get. The only additional cost that can be incurred are from specialty stains such as pet urine, ink, paint, oil, coolaid, coffee, etc... The biggest difference we make to distinguish ourselves is that our technicians will only recommend products and services based on your needs and goals. We are carpet cleaning technicians, not salesmen. If the small closet is free of clutter and objects blocking the safe cleaning of the area, we will include these areas at no additional charge. Small closets are considered areas that are less than 4’ wide x 5’ deep, and are not “walk-in closets.” Last, but certainly not least, we give your Entry Door a Free Wipe-Down to remove any fingerprints or smudges we may have made while working in your home. *Furniture Moving: Non-breakable Items up to 75 lbs.
